In my junior year, I started Yale's only travel column. I think simply sharing itineraries can be isolating to those who have never visited. I prefer to reflect on balancing life as a full-time student and backpacker, as well as relatable feelings of missing home, the wonders of adventure, and the pains of saying goodbye.
